DAC Tri Club Open Water SwimmingOpen Water Swimming – 2012

Mile High Multisport @ Grant Ranch (Littleton: near Wadsworth & Bowles)
Best place to practice your open water swimming (personally, I like it way better than Chatfield!)
Weekday swimming opens: Friday June 1
Weekend swimming opens: Saturday May 19

Recommended Group Exercise Classes


Yoga-

Intro to Yoga, Saturday 9:00am, great for beginners and those who haven’t done yoga for a while.

Candlelight Stretch, Thursday 6:00pm, also great for beginners as Natasha has more opportunity to work one on one with you.

Iyengar Yoga, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, various times, this class teaches proper positioning and is good for beginners to the experienced.

Healthy Back Yoga, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, various times, take care of your back, especially after all that time on the bike.

Anjali Restorative Yoga, Sunday 4:00pm, a great choice for meditation and getting in touch with your body.

Hot Yoga Flow, Monday-Friday, if you are looking for hot yoga, try this one.

Spin-

Try the 6:00am classes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. All taught by bike racers or triathletes.

 

5:30pm Monday and  6:35pm Tuesday, are good if you can’t make the mornings.

The 1st & 3rd Mondays of each month at 5:00pm is Cycle 101, this is great for beginner spinners.

Other-

Run Club, Monday, 12:00pm, Meet in the Fitness Center and join the Run Club for a run workout.

Interval Circuit w/ MVe, Monday 12:00pm, great circuit training to mix it up

Total Body Conditioning, Monday 5:30pm, get in a 1 hour total body workout.

Sport Conditioning, Wednesday 12:05pm, a total body workout to get you in shape for any sport.
