Event Schedule
7 AM Frozen Fury 5k Fun Run (Optional, $10)
***Feel free to use the DAC facilities throughout the day (e.g., locker rooms, restaurants, fitness center, etc.)!
7 AM-4 PM Runner’s Bar, Massage, and more
***The Runner’s Bar (presented by Runners Roost Colorado) will be open all day. Stop by to test drive a new pair of shoes, talk shop with some of the industries leading shoe companies, enter to win great prizes and don’t miss the shoe lacing competition. Runners Roost in partnership with Brooks, Mizuno, Saucony, New Balance, Zoot and many more will be at the conference to answer your running, trail and gear questions.
***Breakthrough Body Healing will be on hand to provide the Rolf Method of Structural Integration to enhance posture and freedom of movement to resolve pain and discomfort from a variety of causes.
