Program Design (4 Week Block Minimum)
Customized training program based on your schedule, goals, injuries, strengths, access to equipment, etc. Programs are developed from scratch (templates are never used) only after consulting with your Coach prior to each Program Design block. Q/A sessions with your Coach during each block are not provided.

Consulting
Receive the same customized Program Design, but with the added benefit of making weekly adjustments when needed. One Consulting session per week allows for one-on-one discussion of the finer points of your development.

Coaching Per Month
Includes a customized Program Design, unlimited phone/email access to your Coach, discount on personal training, daily workout adjustments, strength training plan, and discounts on the Lactate Threshold Test to determine your training zones once-and-for-all. This is as much an education in training science as it is a guided journey to maximizing your full potential!
