Many people get bored in gyms. If you treat them like hamster wheels then you will too. But the gym isn’t your office desk. There is no one telling you to file the TPS reports in a certain way. Think of it more like recess and do what you want. It’s your precious free time; you shouldn’t feel obligated to do one thing or another. Doesn’t that sound more fun?
